Built as a parent theme and builder foundation — not a finished marketing skin.

Activate c00d Base, then Directory; save Permalinks once
Directory → Add listings in wp-admin
Appearance → Customize → Directory homepage
Mark listings Featured for the homepage grid

Install: upload to wp-content/themes/, activate, then copy child-theme-example/ to start a child theme.
